Johnson’s intention is to rile people up — clearly — and he’s done pretty well at it in fairness, but then, we’re living in an age where a mentally unstable, thin-skinned, insecure pathological liar is President of the United States, so, yeah, the bar to achievement really isn’t set that high these days.

You just have to dial it in (or tweet it in as the case may be) using the right keywords; make enough utterly ludicrous claims and tell enough outrageous lies; have zero moral compass empathy and compassion; be ugly both inside and out; focus on people’s fears, and channel your raging insecurity into righteous anger and contempt.

Johnson’s got it all going on, he’s the Dream Incel troll. Johnson even managed to make Piers Morgan look decent on a recent TV interview, and that would be quite the achievement if he wasn’t so transparent and, well, friggin’ hilarious.
